What You Get

The strength training program focuses on the three (3) disciplines. Squat. Bench Press. Deadlift.  Each athlete/client will have a private consultation to assess their current performance.  The athlete/client is given a customized strength training plan to fit the athlete’s/client’s needs.  These custom plans are based in part off of Krista’s workout routines for the past four decades.  

 

The Importance of Proper Lifting and Technique:

  1. Optimal Performance: Learn the intricacies of proper technique from a seasoned powerlifting coach. Krista’s coaching will help you execute lifts with better form, allowing you to lift heavier weights safely and effectively.
